Never before has the cybersecurity sector seen so many strategic mergers and acquisitions as in 2021, both in number and in value. Some 280 transactions totaled $77.5 billion, almost four times more than in 2020 ($19.7 billion), according to Momentum Cyber’s annual benchmark study.
During the year, 14 operations even exceeded one billion dollars, which is unheard of.
