In the middle of Vienna on Monday afternoon, a taxi driver managed to drive sideways into another car and simply stop there. The rather unusual accident was captured with a photo by an attentive “Krone” reader reporter.
The “Krone” reader reporter was astonished when, around midday, in the middle of Hernalserhauptstrasse, he watched the taxi driver suddenly drive into the white VW. Lane blocked. Unfortunately, he stopped in the middle of the car and was unable to continue driving, thus blocking the lane . The fire department had to separate the two vehicles from each other. Fortunately, according to the police, there were no injuries. Nevertheless, both drivers were in shock. It is still unclear why the accident between the two vehicles occurred.
