First they believe in a boar or a dog
Once they arrived at the car park for the start of this hike in the town of Croquié, the two walkers thought they saw a wild boar or a dog. Approaching, they understand that it is in fact a vulture of 15 or 20 kg, which walks near their car.
Not daring to go out, the two cousins decide to drive to another parking lot. But the vulture follows them, so that they find themselves once again stuck inside their vehicle. After about twenty minutes of hesitation, they take their courage in both hands to go down and get their things in the trunk.

But as soon as the trunk is opened, the bird throws itself inside and starts rummaging through their bags, including the one that contains their picnic.
After long minutes, they finally manage to grab the bag that the vulture is so interested in and throw it away to get rid of the animal, which has caused some damage in the car. The two cousins were able to leave for their hike, but with empty stomachs. “We laughed about it afterwards, but at the time we weren’t being smart,” Romain told The Dispatch.
