Folgore stands for lightning
The Gran Turismo is also fast in other respects. A total of three electric motors, each with 300 kW/408 hp, one on the front axle and one on each rear wheel, provide 610 kW/830 hp of usable power in the Stromer version called “Folgore”. Because the battery is mounted in the underbody to save space, the two-seater remains flat and its center of gravity close to the road. The energy content of 92.5 kWh (usable: 83 kWh) should allow trips up to a distance of 480 kilometers. However, only if the brute driving performance is not called up: the standard sprint to 100 km/h is completed in 2.7 seconds, a maximum of 320 km/h is possible.
