Upbeat BidCo holds 85.04% of the capital of Believe – 06/14/2024 at 6:27 p.m.


(AOF) – Following the acquisitions made as part of the simplified public purchase offer initiated by Upbeat BidCo on the outstanding securities of the company Believe, Upbeat BidCo holds 85.04% of the capital and 73.27% voting rights of Believe. Consequently, the float of the Believe share is thus reduced to 14.96% of the capital. The fact that the free float represents less than 15% of the capital should lead to the upcoming exit of Believe shares from certain stock indices to which Believe currently belongs.

In accordance with the Offer schedule published by the Financial Markets Authority, the offer will be open until June 21, 2024 inclusive and, as it is a simplified public purchase offer, it will not be subject to of a reopening.

The final results of the offer should be published on June 25, 2024 at the latest.
