(CercleFinance.com) – Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced that it had received a firm offer from Frey, a real estate company specializing in the development and operation of shopping centers in Europe, to acquire Polygone Riviera for a sale price net of 272.3 ME.
Polygone Riviera is a 77,100 m² shopping center (including approximately 71,000 m² owned by URW) located in Cagnes sur Mer (France, Nice region).
The transaction is expected to be finalized during the fourth quarter of 2023.
