(CercleFinance.com) – Xavier Niel declared to the AMF that he exceeded, on May 16, through SAS Rock Investment and NJJ Market, which he controls, the 25% thresholds of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield ( URW) and hold, indirectly, 27.07% of the capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of shares of the commercial real estate group, off market. On this occasion, Rock Investment declared that it had individually crossed the same thresholds upwards.
