US box office: the multiverse in force thanks to Doctor Strange 2 and Everything Everywhere All at Once


Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is still at the top of the US box office, while Michelle Yeoh’s film, Everything Everywhere All at Once, becomes A24 studio’s most profitable feature film on American soil.

The multiverse continues to make money! For its fourth week of operation, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness still topped the US box office with an additional $31.6 million. Sam Raimi’s film has thus totaled 342 million dollars in the US since its release and has crossed the 800 million dollar mark worldwide.

At last, Men by Alex Garland, presented in a special session at the Directors’ Fortnight, recorded 3.3 million dollars in receipts for its first weekend in US theaters and took 5th place on the podium. The feature film will be released on June 8 in French cinemas.
