(CercleFinance.com) – The United States Department of Commerce announces a 7.5% rebound in new home sales in October, representing an annualized and seasonally adjusted volume of 632,000.
The previous month, sales had fallen by 11% (revised figure compared to the -10.9% of the initial estimate). At 470,000, the stock of new homes ready for sale at the end of October represented an 8.9-month supply at the current rate of flow.
