May 8 (Reuters) – The suspected perpetrator of last month’s New York subway attack was charged with terrorism on Saturday.
The suspect, Frank Robert James, had thrown a smoke bomb and then opened fire on a subway train at rush hour, injuring 23 people.
If convicted of terrorism, Frank Robert James, who is 62, could be sentenced to life in prison.
