People who have not received their third dose or who have contracted covid-19 after having received a first injection benefit from a recovery certificate which validates their vaccination pass. However, this remains limited in time.
This recovery certificate, received following a positive PCR or antigen test, effectively gives access to the vaccination pass introduced by the government on January 24. You can therefore use it to go to the places subject to the pass (cafés, restaurants, cinema, inter-regional trains, etc.) listed HERE by the service-public.fr website.
The February 15 deadline to remember
From Tuesday, February 15, the reinstatement certificate will only be valid for four months compared to six today.
Thus, people who contracted the virus on September 15, for example, and who were entering their 5th month will see their certificate become obsolete and not admissible for the vaccination pass. Ditto for a person who would have had his certificate from October 15, since February 15 will mark the end date of the 4th month.
A retroactive measure
The French authorities also specify that this measure is indeed retroactive. However, if you have launched a vaccination scheme in the meantime having received a first dose before February 15, it is possible to obtain a temporary vaccination pass.
The healthcare professional who gave you this first injection had to enter your vaccination status in the negative test certificate via a checkbox in the SI-DEP when entering your data. You will therefore need to present the QR Code linked to the test that launched your recovery certificate and not the document attesting to your first dose.
