(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on June 21, 2023, the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Valeo and hold, on behalf of said customers and funds, 5.39% of the capital and 5.002% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Valeo shares on the market and an increase in the number of Valeo shares held as collateral.
