(CercleFinance.com) – Harris Associates LP, acting on behalf of funds and clients under management, declared to the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Valeo’s capital on May 14, as a result of a sale of shares on the market.
The company, controlled by Natixis Investment Managers, specified that it held, on behalf of said funds and clients, 10,996,587 Valeo shares representing 4.50% of the capital and 4.02% of the voting rights of the automotive supplier.
