Valérie Pécresse intends to establish the RIC so that “the French can express themselves when they need it. And that they no longer feel despised by those in power”. “Macron pitted the French against each other”
In broad outline, Valérie Pécresse aims to “rebuild the pillars on which our national cohesion rests and which the ten Holland-Macron years have damaged: the school, first, and all our public services in escheat”. “Emmanuel Macron opposed the French to each other. I want to bring them together. For this, we must give them the floor again, ”she also insisted.
If she is elected president in the spring, Valérie Pécresse has indicated that she wants to focus on work. In particular, she undertook to increase wages by 10%, to “tax-exempt” overtime and to allow “the combination of employment and retirement without barriers”.
