Like every end of the year, Valve shares some information on the past year. Best sellers, best new releases, most popular games, many categories have been shared, thus allowing to have a fairly faithful overview of the titles that have been successful in 2022.
So, as you can see in the detailed rankings below, Lost Ark has, unsurprisingly, been able to pull out of the game, despite the big problems when it was launched, since it is placed in the three most important rankings, just like PUBG (best sellers and most popular) or CSGO. The other notable releases of the year, such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, but also Dying Light 2 are doing very well. Elden Ring, the GOTY, is obviously present.
