In a few months, before the end of 2022 if all goes well, we will discover a new biome on Valheim, Mistlands. Still discreet, given that the developers are in the process of putting it together, Iron Gate does not hesitate to share a few concepts from time to time, such as an arc. For the April monthly publication, we have the right to images of ancient ruins.
The developers therefore explain that the Mistlands were once home to several civilizations, which have obviously left their mark. As a result, we are entitled to two images of these structures, ancient ruins, which will therefore be scattered all over the biome. Keep in mind, however, that the images below will probably evolve, since several modifications should be made, in particular to show their age.
For the rest, Iron Gate gives some significant details on the composition of this biome, such as hares, an artwork of which has already been shared. Moreover, unique inhabitants will be present (as with every biome), but Iron Gate will reveal more to us later.
The release of the Mistlands biome is still scheduled to happen in 2022. We’ll know more over the summer once all the pieces of the puzzle fit together, given that setting up a new biome is still something. complex to do. As a reminder, Valheim is available, in early access, on Steam, and no console release seems planned for the moment.
