PARIS, March 21 (Reuters) – Vallourec announced in a press release on Monday the appointment of Philippe Guillemot as the group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for a four-year term.
Philippe Guillemot, former CEO of Elior, will succeed Edouard Guinotte, Chairman of the Management Board of Vallourec since March 2020 and CEO since July 1, 2021.
