(CercleFinance.com) – Vallourec announces the appointment of Nathalie Joannes as General Secretary and member of the Executive Committee, as of July 4, succeeding Nathalie Claire Langelier who will leave the group after seven years as Legal Director and General Secretary.
Before joining the manufacturer of seamless tubes, Nathalie Joannes was executive vice president legal and compliance & general counsel at LEO Pharma. She also worked at the Roquette Frères headquarters in Lille as group legal director.
‘Nathalie has extensive global industry experience. She will play a decisive role in the transformation of Vallourec, which is now well underway,” comments Philippe Guillemot, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Vallourec.
