(CercleFinance.com) – The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) announces that it has been informed that the memorandum of understanding concluded on June 30, 2021 between Vallourec and the entities Kings Forest, Rathgar, Queens Gate and Red has been terminated. Maple, all affiliated with Strategic Value Partners (SVPGlobal).
The end of this agreement results from the sale of all Vallourec shares held by SVPGlobal, indicates the AMF.
