Vallourec: evolution of the General Management

(Boursier.com) — As part of its “New Vallourec” plan, led by Philippe Guillemot (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), the Group Vallourec has developed an organization in three regions (North America, South America, Eastern Hemisphere) in order to simplify and optimize operations. This new organization aims to make the Group more efficient and more agile, closer to the customer, and enable it to increase its industrial performance, in particular thanks to two export bases, Brazil and Asia.

This new organization has given rise to changes within its executive committee, effective as of February 1, 2023…

Thereby, Laurent Dubedout is appointed Senior Vice-President, Business Line OCTG, Services & Accessories, Group & Eastern Hemisphere and joins the Executive Committee.
Jacky Massaglia is appointed Senior Vice-President, Business Line Project Line Pipe and Process. He joins the Executive Committee.
Philippe Carlier, who held the position of SVP Technology and Industry, becomes SVP Industry Group and Eastern Hemisphere. As such, he retains his seat on the Executive Committee.

Hubert Paris (SVP Europe / Africa), Didier Hornet (SVP Development and Innovation), and Pascal Braquehais (SVP Middle East/Asia) leave their positions and the Executive Committee.

Vallourec’s Executive Committee will have 11 members under the leadership of Philippe Guillemot, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
