(CercleFinance.com) – Deep Track Biotechnology Master Fund declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on September 29, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Valneva, following an acquisition of off-market stocks.
The declarant specified that, as a result of this crossing, he held 10,513,265 Valneva shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.60% of the capital and 6.53% of the voting rights of this company specializing in vaccines.
