Flash relay (A)
Instantly launches a bolt of energy that bounces once. Each time it encounters a surface, the lightning bolt electrifies the ground below with a rush of juice.
Top Speed (E)
Instantly charges Neon’s power to boost its speed. At the end of the charge, use secondary fire to trigger an electric slide. You regain a slide charge for every two kills.
Fast Lane (C)
Fires two lines of energy into the ground in front of you that travel a short distance or until they hit a surface. They then rise in walls of static electricity that block vision and inflict damage to enemies who pass through them.
Ultraspeed (X)
Unleashes the full power and speed of Neon for a short time. Fire to channel its power into a deadly, high-precision electric beam. Each kill resets its duration.
