On the front line, we find the Valorant project: the structure has been accepted in VCT and will fight for the title of world champion !
To live up to its ambitions, Karmine has managed to build an XXL roster. We can talk about master class : the team is competitive, it has a headliner, it retains its ADC and also speaks totally French!
2 players kept, the knight and the rook
The presentation video entertained with references to chess and a very hyped atmosphere. As revealed by the leakers, two elements have been kept for next season: Shin (the rider) and Newzera (tower). They have already shown great things at the VRL level, it remains to be seen if they will have the strong enough shoulders to shine at the VCT level. The technical staff has also been renewed with the controls pm and ZE1SH.
In contrast, mikee, TakaS and Amilwa have not been extended and will need to find a new home. They will hold a special place in the hearts of fans, but space had to be made for the three new shock signings.
The 3 new ones: veterans of the CS:GO scene
The 3 new recruits have in common to be veterans of the CS:GO scene. But beyond their course, it is above all three players of a very good level who should make sparks.
- XMS : considered by some to be the best player in the French league last year, he never managed to maintain himself at the highest level on CS:GO. On Valorant, it’s time to take revenge by staying at the top of the basket for the long term.
- ScreaM : a true CS:GO legend, he has never hidden his love for Karmine Corp. Accustomed to the VCT level with Team Liquid, the one tap god is the figurehead of the project.
- Nivera : ScreaM’s little brother cannot only be reduced to his family tie. Also accustomed to the VCT level, he knows how to be flexible and imaginative in hot moments.
