Valorant: Team Liquid is still learning according to Nivera

This year, there are no more French in the VCT since the departure of Keloqz. Fortunately, we can count on the Benrlitom brothers, ScreaM and Nivera, to represent the French-speaking community. The two Belgians play for Team Liquid and we had the opportunity to talk to the youngest.

The season of Team Liquid started relatively late on Valorant this year. The reason ? The team did not have to play in the qualifying tournaments of the VCT since its presence at the last Champions tournament (equivalent to the Worlds) guaranteed it a VIP place. While this privilege was appreciated, it may have turned out to be a double-edged sword. Team Liquid lacks a bit of preparation and for the moment, its results are uneven.
We had the opportunity to discuss Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom after his team’s loss against FPX. A little disappointed but far from being down, he knows that his team still has a lot of progress to make. He remains confident and even if he is not a total fan of the format , he intends to be in the playoffs with his teammates. However, like us, he remains in the dark about the situation of Gambit. The Russian team is also in pool A and its fate could be important for the rest of the competition.

Nivera didn’t dodge any subject. Honest and frank, he spoke about his team and his own level of play. Team Liquid is not yet at the top and by his own admission, he is still in the learning phase. But the desire is there and he intends to continue to progress. We also had the opportunity to have his opinion on the metagame and the current format of the competition.
