* NETFLIX drops 20% in premarket trading and is set to open at a 21-month low after announcing a lower-than-expected increase in new subscribers in the October-December period on Thursday evening and a lower forecast for the current quarter to the Wall Street consensus. Several analysts lowered their recommendation.

* SCHLUMBERGER – The world leader in oil-related equipment and services published Friday a quarterly profit up 61% year on year thanks to soaring hydrocarbon prices. The title gained 1.2% in pre-market trading just after the publication of the results.
