* ARCELORMITTAL MT.AS and the French state will invest a total of 1.8 billion euros to reduce CO2 emissions from the steel group’s site in Grande-Synthe (North), a ministry spokesperson told Reuters of Economy and Finance.
* DASSAULT AVIATION AM.PA delivered 13 Rafale and 26 Falcon in 2023, the group announced on Friday.
* ORANGE ORAN.PA, VIVENDI VIV.PA – The French competition authority announced on Friday that it had authorized the acquisition of OCS and the Orange film studio ORAN.PA by Canal+ (a subsidiary of Vivendi), announced in January 2023, under conditions, “in order to remedy the risks of harm to competition”.
