Stocks to follow on Thursday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* AIRBUS AIR.PA announced that it had delivered its first A320neo to Transavia France, a subsidiary of AIR FRANCE-KLM AIRF.PA.

* OVHCLOUD OVH.PA confirmed its outlook for 2024 and 2025 on Thursday after reporting 12% growth in sales in the first quarter, generally in line with expectations.

* CASINO CASP.PA – The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) said it had granted an exemption from the obligation for members of the Consortium acting in concert and their investment vehicle (France Retail Holdings) to submit a draft public offer for Casino shares.

* GETLINK GETP.PA reported Thursday a 4% drop in passenger vehicles transported by Le Shuttle in December.

* EIFFAGE FOUG.PA announced on Wednesday that it had won two lots for the reconversion project of the former Saint-Vincent-De-Paul hospital in Paris for an amount of more than 63 million euros.

MKS.L reported on Thursday an 8.1% increase in its like-for-like sales during the Christmas period, above expectations, driven by growth in the food sector and a good performance in women’s ready-to-wear.

* DANONE DANO.PA – A New York State judge ruled on Wednesday that the French agri-food group will have to respond in court to accusations from consumers who contest the claim of “carbon neutrality” written on Evian water bottles.

* SAP SAPG.DE – The German software publisher will pay a fine of around $222 million to end investigations into alleged corruption in seven countries, American authorities announced on Wednesday.

* SÜDZUCKER SZUG.DE – Europe’s largest sugar producer reported a 21% increase in quarterly profit on Thursday and was optimistic for the year as a whole given the continued strength of the walk.

* PAGERO PAGERO.ST – Thomson Reuters TRI.TO announced on Thursday that it was offering a buyout offer of 6.4 billion crowns (approximately 627 million dollars or 570.9 million euros) for Pagero, representing a premium of 11% compared to the closing price of the Swedish electronic invoicing and tax solutions group. This amount is higher than the previous proposal from US tax technology company Vertex VERX.O.

* VAT GROUP VACN.S – The Swiss manufacturer of industrial valves reported larger orders than expected in the fourth quarter on Thursday.
