Valve has announced that refurbished and certified Steam Decks are now on sale at GameStop and on its company website. In a blog post, Valve clarifies that these handheld consoles are “certified refurbished.” Buying a refurbished unit can save you up to $130, and Valve says the units it sells go through a certified testing process.
” Each device undergoes a full factory reset, software update and extensive review including over 100 tests at one of Valve’s facilities “, writes the company. ” The tests include all controller inputs, audio system, screen and internal components.
