Released in December 2021, Vampire Survivors was one of the most popular and beloved games for much of the first half of 2022. Players got hooked on the game very quickly, especially since poncle, the game’s sole developer, continued to add content during the first months, increasing the characters, weapons, enemies and maps. But after several months of development, Vampire Survivors is ready to leave its early access state.
Vampire Survivors v1.0 release date
Vampire Survivors Early Access will end in October, as v1.0 will launch on the 20th of that month. This will mean that early access is over and we shouldn’t see any more major content appearing in the roguelite, although ponce clarifies that this does not mark the end of updates to the title, which will receive, by the time end of the year, a new game engine and several fun things, in his own words, in a post on Steam.
However, on the occasion of the release of this last major update, players should expect to discover new things, but the content has not yet been revealed. We will know more a few days before its release, on Steam, since poncle will make a small teaser, as usual. In the long term, it is not impossible that the title arrives on other platforms.
