Vampire Survivors details its version 1.0 with a lot of content and a new engine

At the end of last year, Puncle launched on Steam Vampire Survivors, an action game roguelike strongly inspired by Castlevania, asking to survive waves of enemies as long as possible. A title currently in Early Access which has already had content updates, but it’s far from over.

The independent developer has indeed just shared the roadmap future Vampire Survivors updatesand players will notably be able to discover nine additional characters, five new areas, 16 new weapons, two power ups and four relics when switching to 1.0. Puncle tease also arcana, a new mechanic with tarot cards that should arrive in April.

In addition to that, the developer is trying to port Vampire Survivors to a new game engine, to offer a title of more professional quality than the amateur project that originally designed. The game is running well, but he still has work to add to the content already published since the launch of vampire survivors in this new version, already expected for this summer. Furthermore, Puncle recalls that the title was originally released on Android, and it was a failure, the fault of the pick-up engine. But this new version already seems to run much better, so he plans to bring out Vampire Survivors soon on mobiles.

Going back to version 1.0, Puncle gives no release date, it focuses on releasing smaller regular updates, and 0.3.2 has just arrivedwith five Successthree weapons, a power up and new music. vampire survivors costs for recall only 2.39 €, and you can otherwise find Castlevania Advance Collection at €17.99 at Gamesplanet.
