Phenomenal game originally released on PC, then ported to Xbox and Switch, Vampire Survivors is still waiting on PlayStation. THE roguelike of poncle had been made official on the consoles of Sony last April, for a launch during the summer. But as the sun comes out, Vampire Survivors Still doesn’t have a release date on PlayStation 4 or PS5.
poncle wanted to be completely transparent with the players and speaks out on X (ex-Twitter) to discuss the future release of Vampire Survivors on consoles PlayStation :
Since it’s now summer, a lot of people are asking us when the PlayStation release will be.
We want to keep you updated, as we still don’t have a release date to share, but we wanted to explain why.
This is the first time we’re running submission processes on PlayStation, so it’s taking a little longer than usual.
We’re also doing some testing on the Trophies to make sure they unlock correctly.
BUT we will let you know ASAP when we have a set date!
So, poncle discover the game submission system on the PlayStation Storewhich must be validated by Sony before they are put on sale, while ensuring that the Trophies work well. Something to reassure hunters Trophiesespecially since a Platinum will be unlockable! A completely normal process, but unprecedented for the young developerwhich might take a little while.
