Vanessa Blumhagen, 43, married quietly last weekend. The celebrity expert of the Sat1 breakfast television did not bring the wedding news herself, her employer announced the good news on social media. The breakfast television Instagram account said on Sunday (June 13, 2021): “All the best for the wedding, dear Vanessa”.
Now the journalist, who usually does not show her private life in public, has published a picture of the wedding herself. She posts a black and white picture of herself and her new husband on Instagram.
“Forever and You,” Vanessa captioned the picture, followed by a heart emoji. The journalist wears her hair pinned up and a strapless dress. They appreciate that she shares this private picture with her fans. More than 14,000 users now like the snapshot, and the congratulations for the newly married couple are piling up under the photo. “Only the BEST for you”, congratulates breakfast TV colleague Alina Merkau, 35, ex-figure skater Katarina Witt, 55, writes: “Congratulations”.

Blumhagen’s newly wedded husband remains anonymous. The journalist and her partner got engaged in November 2020. For her it is already the second marriage. From 2005 to 2015 she was married to the entrepreneur Holger Fischbuch.
