She said yes to her loved one in front of around 100 guests.
Vanessa Hudgens: wedding in Mexico
In the American “Vogue” the actress shares first impressions of her dream wedding, which took place on December 2, 2023 at the Azulik Hotel in Tulum, Mexico. The planning process was “definitely overwhelming,” admits Vanessa. “I knew I’d never been to a wedding that looked the way I wanted my own wedding to look, so I had to think outside the box,” the 34-year-old said in the interview. She wanted to be surrounded by “nature, greenery and foliage”. When she visited the Azulik City of Arts Museum in search of the perfect location, she was hooked. “I knew this was our place,” she says. “I felt transported to a kind of utopia like I had never seen before. It was whimsical and magical, and I just fell in love.”
Vanessa also had a clear idea of her look as a bride. The dress should be elegant, modern and sexy, inspired by the supermodels of the 90s. She found all of this in an ivory Vera Wang slip dress with a plunging back. Embroidered on the veil was the words “Mrs. T. December 2, 2023.”
The 34-year-old advises other couples to only meet at the altar in their wedding looks. Because that was the “most emotional moment” of her life. “I almost fell over when I saw Cole and had to take a deep breath and force myself to keep walking because I could have fallen to the ground.”
Engagement in February, bachelorette party in October
At the end of October this year, Vanessa Hudgens celebrated her bachelorette party. In February 2023, Cole Tucker proposed to her in Paris. In May, Hudgens spoke on Drew Barrymore’s talk show, 48, about the difficulty of finding a suitable location for a wedding reception.
