As the frustration of Vanguard players continues to grow with the influx of bugs and the omnipresence of cheaters, players are demanding the return of emblematic modes of the license.
After long weeks of waiting, Vanguard finally made its debut on November 5, bringing a second wind to the franchise. Unfortunately the dream quickly turned into a nightmare when cheats started to appear, as well as many bugs.
Vanguard players were patient at first, but as the situation continues to deteriorate, they begin to lose their temper.

After the postponement of Warzone and Vanguard Season 2 was made official so that developers could focus on improving the game, players clamored for the return of iconic game modes.

When Vanguard launched, many players felt aggrieved by the omission of several popular game modes. Previous titles, including Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War, offered some game modes in addition to the basic options, like Gun Game, Infected, and Prop Hunt.
Since some game modes were added after launch, players were hoping for the same for Vanguard, but that was not the case.
Now that the Season 2 rollout is looming on the horizon, one player has reignited that long-standing request, asking for Gun Game to return in the next update.
With the current map rotation issues, it’s no wonder players feel like the game is running out of steam fast…
Adding new game modes would then be a great way to maintain Vanguard’s appeal. Whether it’s Gun Game, Infected, Prop Hunt, or even Sticks and Stones, players agree that the return of any of these modes could only do Vanguard good.
As of now, very few details regarding Vanguard Season 2 have surfaced, but one can only hope players get their way.
