The best substitutes for vegan cakes
Unfortunately, baking does not work entirely without binding agents, but there are now enough vegetable substitute products that we can fall back on. But gelatine can also be easily replaced, for example with agar-agar, pectin or guar gum. If the recipe of your choice contains milk chocolate, you can simply use dark chocolate instead: most chocolates with a cocoa content of 60 percent or more are vegan.
