(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on June 21, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Veolia, in the result a sale of shares outside and on the market.
The declarant specified that it held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 35,890,090 Veolia shares representing as many voting rights, or 4.94% of the capital and voting rights of the community services group.
