(CercleFinance.com) – The company BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared to the AMF that on July 1, 2022 it crossed the threshold of 5% of voting rights of Veolia Environnement and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.16% of the capital and 4.88% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Veolia Environnement shares on the market and a reduction in the number of Veolia Environnement shares held as collateral.
