(Boursier.com) — In a letter received on June 20 from the AMF, the company BlackRock, Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on June 17, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Veolia Environment. It holds, on behalf of these clients and funds, 37,050,156 Veolia Environnement shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.29% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights of the company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Veolia Environnement shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
