(CercleFinance.com) – Veolia, via Seureca, its Engineering Consulting and Strategic and Operational Assistance division, announces the acquisition of MRC Consultants and Transaction Advisers, a company specializing in energy consulting, established in Spain and the Kingdom -United, and active in more than 30 countries.
This acquisition will strengthen the share of energy in Seureca’s activity and meets the carbon-free energy and energy autonomy objectives set by the Group.
According to Veolia, MRC notably brings ‘unique expertise’ in terms of energy strategies.
