(CercleFinance.com) – BIO-UV Group, a specialist in water treatment and disinfection systems, announced on Wednesday the continuation of its strategic and commercial partnership with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, BIO-UV will continue to supply its water treatment technologies, as well as associated services, to Veolia’s water recovery, treatment and reuse subsidiary until 2025.
The agreement includes the continued manufacture of Ozonia ozone generators and the supply of UV and ozone disinfection solutions under the triogen brand.
BIO-UV recalls that the renewal of this commercial contract and the associated license contract is part of its acquisition of the company triogen, concluded in September 2019.
