PARIS, May 9 (Reuters) – Veolia announced on Monday an agreement to sell its mobile water services business in Europe to Saur for 190 million euros.
The sale of these assets is part of the requirements of the European Commission in terms of competition after the merger with Suez, Veolia said in a press release. (Written by Bertrand Boucey, edited by Nicolas Delame)
