(CercleFinance.com) – Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA) declared to the AMF that on February 10 it exceeded the threshold of 25% of Verallia’s voting rights and held 27.96% of the capital and 27 .53% of the voting rights, following an allocation of double voting rights.
BWSA does not intend to take control of the glass packaging maker, nor seek additional board representation, but plans to acquire additional shares depending on market conditions.
