(Boursier.com) — Verallia signed an amendment to the liquidity contract concluded with Rothschild Martin Maurel, on December 20, and entered into force on January 6, 2020. As part of this amendment, the sum allocated to the liquidity account was increased by 3.4 million euros at 5 ME.
