(AOF) – Verallia has appointed Katia de Saint Germain to the position of Human Resources Director. She becomes a member of the Comex and reports directly to Patrice Lucas, Managing Director of the Group. Before joining Verallia, Katia de Saint Germain has been Vice-President of Human Resources for the medium voltage industrial scope of the Schneider Electric Group since 2020, which brings together nearly 8,000 employees and 30 factories around the world. Arriving in 2005 as Deputy Director of Investor Relations, Katia de Saint Germain moved to Human Resources in 2011.
At Schneider Electric, she successively held the positions of Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources for Business France, then Vice-President HR of the Group’s International Projects division.
Before joining the industrial sector, Katia de Saint Germain began her career in the banking sector at Crédit Lyonnais and in the audiovisual sector at TF1. She graduated from Paris Dauphine University in Finance and from HEC in Strategic Management.
