(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors of Vergnet SA decided during its meeting of June 13 to carry out a reduction in the share capital by reducing the nominal value of its shares.
The nominal value of each share of the company is thus reduced from 0.76 euro to 0.06 euro and the share capital to 42,194.22 euros.
This purely technical operation has no impact on the market value of the company’s shares, nor on the number of shares in circulation.
Following this operation, the company’s share capital remains composed of 703,237 ordinary shares.
