POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND THE 2023 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

The Vergnet group announces the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts and its 2023 annual financial report. This decision is linked to a delay in closing the accounts of one of its subsidiaries, causing a delay in the consolidation and closing schedule. 2023 accounts of the Group. As a result, Vergnet is forced to postpone their publication as well as that of the 2023 annual financial report.
The Vergnet group plans to publish this information during the month of May and will inform the market of the publication date as soon as it is finalized.
