Verimatrix selected to secure Crédit Agricole Payment Services’ payment application

(Boursier.com) — Crédit Agricole Group’s payment subsidiary, Crédit Agricole Payment Services, will use XTD (Extended Threat Defense) technologies from Verimatrix in order to guarantee a powerful and scalable level of security for the French version of its payment application: “Paiement Mobile”.

The mobile payment application available on Android and iOS will soon benefit from the superior security features offered by Verimatrix XTD. The solution will help prevent mobile app attacks and protect consumers from unmanaged devices that could be illegal entry points.
