(CercleFinance.com) – Verizon announces that its Verizon Communications board of directors today announced a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per outstanding share, unchanged from the previous two quarters.
The quarterly dividend is payable on May 2, 2022 to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2022.
“We are delighted that our consistent operational performance has once again enabled our Board of Directors to pay a dividend to our shareholders,” commented the CEO. Hans Westberg.
By 2021, Verizon had paid a total of $10.4 billion in dividends to its shareholders.
