“The future of France that I will bequeath to my children is more important to me than the comfort of my little life”she wrote, adding that she can’t take it anymore “of all the shenanigans of the men who have made politics their bread and butter“. “I don’t trust them anymore“she added, before concluding with the hashtag “Zemmour 2022”, thus showing his support for the former polemicist of CNews, who recently attracted the wrath of Brigitte Bardot because of his positions on the hunt. However, for the moment, Éric Zemmour has not collected the 500 signatures necessary to participate in the race for the Élysée, despite the polls which say that he is in a good place to reach the second round.

However, this formalization of support for Éric Zemmour is not really surprising on the part of Véronique Genest, who has always had a not so clear-cut opinion on the journalist she knows well. “I’ve known him so long but he’s not a friend at all ’cause we never see each other. I say Eric because he is familiar to me”she had confided last September, explaining that she had “started seeing him on shows when he was with Laurent Ruquier”. “He was one of the columnists and I found him rather frank, with a kind of truth. He says things rather well, rather true”had specified the actress, who recently announced the death of her mother, before admitting that she had “nothing for or against him“.
