While the presence of Oppo in France in the coming months is still questionable, a first leak allows us to discover the probable specificities of the Oppo Find N3. The first details surrounding Oppo’s folding book-format smartphone have been revealed by the leaker Yogesh Brar (via Phone Arena). If it has been reliable in the past, this leak occurring very early in the year, it should be watched from a minimum of critical distance.

The leaker has simply revealed a large part of the phone’s technical sheet. He claims that the Oppo Find N3 would feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage.

A bigger screen

According to Yogesh Brar once again, the internal screen of this Oppo Find N3 would be larger than that of the Find N2, increasing to 8 inches. It is hoped that Oppo will keep the relatively compact format of its predecessors. The external screen would measure 6.5 inches. Both slabs would go up to 120 Hz.

Here are the rest of the specifications mentioned by this leak:

  • Battery: 4800mAh;
  • Load: 80W;
  • Triple photo module: 50 Mpx OIS, 48 Mpx ultra wide angle and 32 Mpx periscope.

As pointed out Phone Arena, these specifications strongly resemble those of the leaks surrounding the OnePlus V Fold. As a reminder, Oppo has never released any of its smartphones in book format in our latitudes. Given the complicated economic context for the manufacturer, it is difficult to imagine that the situation will be different this time.
